  • Study your Market well- Harsh Binani says that every idea is great but it is always important to find the right market for your service or product. He suggests that new entrepreneurs must study their market thoroughly to have a clearer idea of what they are diving into.  
  • Be Financially prepared- The cost of starting a business is usually more than expected. You can set aside a portion of your revenue to create an emergency fund in case of a financial disaster. You may have to take out loans or put your own money into the company as a final option. However, if the financial troubles are under your power, always determine the source of the problem and rectify it. 
  • Find a Balance- From his own experience Harsh Binani shares that starting and running a business can be a 24*7 job. With no fixed hours and so much to deal with it takes a toll on your body. Make sure you eat well and set some time to clear your head. Your personal well-being is just as vital as the bottom line of your business. Even if you work from home, find methods to disconnect from work and recharge by taking a stroll or exercising to release endorphins. Your business is from you!
